Born in the village of Noor Pur, Pakpattan — a place far from boardrooms and business schools — Sharjeel's story began not with privilege, but with purpose.

He started with a salary, no support system, and a vision that others couldn't yet see. For five years, he worked through the grind of real operations — learning finance, systems, and leadership not from textbooks, but from the floor of restaurants, warehouses, and businesses.

He left formal studies in Sahiwal and Lahore to pursue something more urgent: building. That choice, though unconventional, led to him managing multi-million rupee operations, restructuring struggling businesses, and now leading finance operations for a UK-based hospitality group.

Village roots gave me cultural values. Years of struggle gave me systems thinking. Together, they built something no degree could have.
